An odd notice...

An odd notice appears on the main announcement board near Miss Styles' desk. It's elegantly written, practically caligraphy, and the hand-drawn border around the note itself swirls almost hypnotically in tight, sharp little loops and swirls. The note itself reads:

The time has come.

The chair of Sloth has lacked an official costume for too long; yet the time required to design an appropriate look is beyond my ability to spare. As such, this is an open invitation to all girls, staff, or even faculty to help me design an appropriate look for official outings and field trips. The only requirement is that any costume designed should be a majority--or appropriately accented by--light blue, my assigned color. Beyond that, anything goes. In order to assist you, here are a list of my measurements.

Thanks to everyone who wishes to assist, submissions can either be given to me directly or posted near this notice. I will allow a few days for anyone to submit a design, or express an interest in doing so, and then chose my favorite from among them all.
