...sounds slightly different. This is due to the Wailer vocal cord Dr. Tod surgically installed in her throat. She can't emit sonic attacks; this is more a subliminal thing.
Right now it's little more than a whisper, but the whisper has an odd yet pleasant tonal quality to it, like a tuned crystal.
Once she gets her voice back, that tone will be present, as an added harmonic, more so during certain times. It'll help 'cut through' the noise and chaos of battle, and give her and her teammates a perceptive edge. Expect that at some point her shout of outrage or anguish at a teammate falling will galvanize everyone around her.
This is the RP for the Leadership Pool. I'm respec-ing this power pool in, and will add more as we level her up.

(( I'd say very slight. Closer to clarity than confusion. After all, the effects of Assault do help against Taunt and Placate, and Tactics helps increase perception radius. So more like 'mind control resistance' in minor ways. of course... there's always the possibility of her learning to use it in OTHER ways... ))
